Do you charge a call out fee?
Yes, we charge a call-out fee which must be paid at the appointment, even if the appliance cannot be repaired. This fee covers our engineers time, travel and their expert advice. Our call-out fee includes the first 30 minutes of labour. Additional labour time is charged separately.
What happens if my appliance can’t be repaired?
If your appliance cannot be repaired, or is not cost-effective to fix, we have a range of quality pre-owned and brand new appliances for you to choose from. Once you’ve chosen your replacement, we can deliver and professionally install it for you, ensuring everything is safely connected and fully working before we leave.
Are your pre-owned appliances tested?
All of our pre-owned appliances are thoroughly tested and pat tested if applicable.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire and we cover South Lincolnshire, North Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire. Please get in touch if you are unsure if your area is covered.
What brands do you repair?
We cover all makes and models for the following appliances: washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens, cookers, and dishwashers.
We do not repair fridges or freezers.
What payments do you accept?
For repairs, payment will be taken at the time of the appointment. For the purchase of refurbished and new appliances, payment will be taken on delivery. We accept cash payments, bank transfers and card payments. If paying by card, we accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, and V Pay. We also support contactless payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not take card payments over the phone. All payents will be taken in person.
