Repair Prices
For every repair job, we charge a call-out fee which must be paid at the appointment, even if the appliance cannot be repaired. This fee covers our engineers time, travel and their expert advice. Our call-out fee includes the first 30 minutes of labour and any additional labour time is charged separately. Parts will be charged separately as well. Before any repair work begins, we will fully explain the fault and provide a clear breakdown of all costs for your approval.
What if my appliance cannot be repaired?
If your appliance cannot be repaired, we have a wide range of pre-owned and brand new appliances for sale. Our pre-owned appliances have been thoroughly tested and they are in excellent condition. If you decide to buy an appliance from us, we offer free local delivery and professional installation at an additional cost. We will ensure everything is safely connected and fully working before we leave. We can also provide any guidance you need on how to use and maintain your new appliance, making the whole process completely stress-free.
