Repair Prices
For all engineer call-outs, we charge a call-out fee which must be paid at the time of the appointment. This fee is payable whether or not you decide to proceed with the repair. For example, if the repair is considered too costly and you choose not to go ahead, the call-out fee will still apply.
Our call-out fee includes the first 30 minutes of labour and any additional labour time will be charged separately. Any parts required for the repair will also be charged separately.
Before any repair work begins, our engineer will explain the fault and provide a clear breakdown of all costs for your approval.
What if my appliance cannot be repaired?
If your appliance isn’t cost-effective to repair, we can help you find a suitable replacement. We offer a wide range of brand-new and pre-owned appliances, giving you options to suit different needs and budgets.
Our pre-owned appliances are carefully selected, thoroughly tested and supplied in great condition.
We also offer free local delivery on all appliances and professional installation is available at an additional cost.
