Costs

We charge a call out fee which must be paid at the time of your appointment. This fee applies even if your appliance cannot be repaired. The call out charge includes the first 30 minutes of labour. Any extra labour time beyond the first 30 minutes is charged separately. Any parts needed for the repair are also charged separately. All charges will be explained to you at your appointment and we will not proceed with the repair until you give us the go ahead. Once you give us the go ahead, we will complete the repair and full payment will be required at the end of the appointment.

 

Warranty

All brand new appliances that we sell are sold with a Manufacturers' warranty. Should you run into a problem during the Guarantee period, please get in contact with the manufacturer directly.

The refurbished appliances that we sell come with a 30 day warranty. 

This warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

  • The appliance is installed incorrectly by a third party
  • The appliance is tampered with by an unauthorised person
  • The appliance is moved to a different address
  • The appliance is used for commercial purposes
  • The appliance is not maintained to the manufacturers specifications

Missed Appointments

If no one is home for your appointment slot, this will be classed as a missed appointment and the call out fee still applies. 

 

Safe Access

Customers must ensure the appliance is easy and safe to access. If not, your appointment will be cancelled and the call out fee still applies. Any pets must be kept away from the working area.

 

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at our discretion.
